ADP CSL – Implementation Operations (2021-2022)
Designed the end-to-end job processes for ADP CSL’s Project Preparation Team, a new group started in the Implementation Operations division in 2021. Created a comprehensive Engagement Workbook tool to give each team member the ability to seamlessly document their work product, and to serve as an embedded compliance checklist/job aid.
Created all client communications templates & collateral to support the critical path and related deliverables of the Project Preparation Phase.
Designed client-facing forms & templates for requirements gathering.
