RESERVATIONS.IMRCCENTER.MAINE.EDU (2017-2018)
In the capacity of product manager, developed and deployed a bespoke facilities and equipment management application for the IMRC, a prototyping/fabrication and media production facility at University of Maine. Personally delivered all requirements documentation, acceptance testing, training materials, and change management activities.
Our app was deployed on stationary iPads for independent user check-in/check-out of the facilities, and included prepayment and balance management features. Equipment could also be scanned at the rental counter for check-in/check-out, via integration with the existing inventory system. Reservation requests could be submitted online, and a customizable admin dashboard allowed staff to review, approve, and manage reservations in a comprehensive calendar system.
